Tyrone's Mysterious Cities of Gold - One of the first pages on MCoG. A wealth of information including an extensive episode guide and screengrabbed images.
Uncle Delphi's Mysterious Cities of Gold - A huge website with more content than I can list here. A real cornucopia of information including big fanfics and transcripts to all 39 episodes.
Mark Yates' Mysterious Cities of Gold - Plenty of interesting content including features on cuts and the different versions of MCoG, includes a quite regularly updated news section. A website with a high multimedia orientation with many mp3s, mpegs and images. Another of the best sites.
Daniel Slatford's Mysterious Cities of Gold - Another big and expanding site, which includes a huge image section and homepage of the MCoG webring. One of the best features here has to be the massive guestbook and fan list full of glowing comments on MCoG :)

Gweneal's Mysterieuses Cites D'Or- Probably the best website on MCoG. Just about everything from interviews with the creators to near all the Cities of Gold music captured from the vinyl album and the program itself. Also quite a masterpiece of HTML design. The drawback however is it's in French... but worth visiting for the music alone.
MCoG information Resource Centre - A huge archive of mailing list digests and also some selected highlights. Appears small, but this one's a real time gobbler. ;)
Esteban 10's - A website with realvideo clips from pivotal moments in the series.

Yannick Tailliez Mysterious Cities of Gold - Large French site, definitely worth a look.
Gold Maze - Navigate a 3d rendered maze to reach the city of gold. Also contains a couple of winamp skins and some historical artifacts.
Arkadiusz Kabala's Mysterious Cities of Gold - In Polish. But a very large and comprehensive site full of background information features and even screengrabs from every episode! Let's hope it gets translated soon! :)
